Actually, based on the two links I will place below, the following seem to be good options:
1) Are you a firearms safety instructor, or been provided with formal training beyond JAMA articles and AMA policy statements? If so please explain your qualifications in this area.
2) Do you counsel patients to not be gay, because they have a higher rate of HIV infection? (please note that as a fairly libertarian guy, I have no problem AT ALL with homosexuality, I only use this example because it will likely put the liberal physician on his heels. If anyone has a better “equivalence” scenario, please let me know).
3) Firearms ownership is a civil right, what legal training do you have in civil liberties?
4) Hmmm… I see… well this sounds like a “boundary violation”, perhaps you should rethink your questionnaire in order to avoid future lawsuits.
