Dark Future, I was with you until you said that Congress would NOT want to be at war with Syria, Russia, Africa. How do you think members of Congress go in poor and come out rich? They ARE the war machine.
Regarding the topic at hand, an EMP would be an attack that wouldn’t be an existential threat to the rest of the planet. It would be a logical approach to conquering the US, however, I’m not convinced it’s pending right now.
