Using the government for you savings account so you can… {whheeeeeeeee….} … GET BIG MONEY BACK once a year…. is insane. Doubtless it’s less painful to have already paid your due. In fact in business, most are required to quarterly pay in X-percent of what is expected to be due. But to let YOUR money, over and above the required amount, sit somewhere not in your control? Uff tah. Some folks must think it’s Christmas in April or something. We try to skim by with *just* enough so we don’t pay in. Or at least not much.
My tax person said some folks were shocked this year but …really should not have been. And they were folks making way more than I make. No surprises in our taxes.
