I read that the USA drops a bomb somewhere in the world every 14 minutes; that may include weapons we’ve sold to Saudi, Israel, and many many others. So we’re already at war with much of the world; of course no declaration of war since 1941, Executive just does whatever he wants…no check or balance by any Congress.
