Happening all over the western states…. No one wants a person with real mental health issues [dangerous to self or others] to have access to firearms, swords, poison, bleach, vehicle emissions, knives, …..the list goes on. The props folks have used to harm self or others is endless. Did I hear butcher knives are banned in England? …? …maybe out on the street? But it never ends when the banning starts.
The real problem is that there is no safeguards for the accused. Anyone can merely “have a concern” which might be seriously ludicrous and totally unsubstantiated…..yet the accused must eventually prove them wrong. [….innocent until proven guilty?] It’s a great way to pay back a grudge. 🙁
