Depends on your skill with the weapon . Hickok45 was hitting a target regularly at 80 yards . Plenty accurate . But yeah , if your using a pistol for over close range , your in bad shape . Interesting thing about the TT , the Germans liked it a lot . It could get filthy and keep going , plus their C95 cartridges worked fine in it , just not the other way around . They didn’t have to rely on captured ammo .
