I don’t seem to remember any in the previous congress, especially in the House, referring to Obama as a miscreant, a traitor, as mentally unstable, as a bigot, a misogynist, as a racist, the puppet of a hostile foreign power, attacked Obama’s children or similar vile names and insinuations. One did call Obama a liar to his face and in public and was quickly silenced by members of his own party. (Everyone should now know that Obama was, in fact, a liar, but members of the opposing party just weren’t suppose to point it out.)
If you know of instances where Obama suffered the same level of hatred and vitriol from members of congress as have Trump and his family, please do go “on and on”. I would like to know if I have overlooked anything.
