When did they stop preparing for war? Between Russia, N. Korea, and China there is always an impending war or military fight on the horizon. I have gotten to the point I literally roll my eyes when I see the headlines. I never fully blow it off but after a while it is hard to take it seriously, although they are, or could be dangerous enough that I do pay attention.
