I went through the pantry at the farmhouse and found about fifty pound of beans and rice along with #10 cans of dried meats and other things that I had purchased in the past that for some reason did not get moved. Before we moved from the farmhouse dh had installed a dead bolt on the pantry and locked it, I assume that why it didn’t get moved.
Dh announced we are moving back to the farmhouse in October so he can rent this house out, he says it will bring in more money than doing a food business. He and our kids are unhappy here despite it being a beautiful house with lots of room it is not home to him, I do love the old farmhouse and miss sitting on the back porch late in the evening.
