We love homemade pancakes but don’t always have the ingredients for making them, so I am going to cheat a little and order some Krusteaz Honey Wheat and Buttermilk Pancake Mix along with some extra pancake syrup. Dh and kids call pancakes comfort food and sometimes we have them for supper instead of preparing a big meal. This week I found blueberries for ninety nine cents a pint and that is the cheapest I seen them all summer so I need to get out to the store before they take them off sale.
My old rolling pin finally gave out and I went on Amazon looking and found a coupon for five dollars off one and Amazon gave me a month of free prime membership so shipping was free and I also added a sifter to the order for it will not be long before I have to begin baking for the fall and Thanksgiving. Applesauce Cakes, Pumpkin Pies and Pumpkin Jelly Roll cakes will be what everyone wants to buy for their Thanksgiving.
