Ground saturation. We got it due to alot of heavy rain recently. Even with “only” tropical force winds, this can mean trees down, power lines down and roads easily and quickly flooded
“Now” and I say now cause we all know how fast things can change; its not expected to make landfall here.
Tropical storm watch is currently in effect.
