Likely event: hurricane
As the only hurricane that has hit was last year I feel pretty confident that all these questions will be answered no. Still preparing for one that would be a direct hit. Much of our backups require batteries so planning on propane generator.
If it got desperate we could go to Alabama for supplies but that is a last ditch effort. We could not walk there.
We do have an evacuation plan-family far away from the devastation.
My adult children are welcome but would stretch my preps. Trying to make sure they prep also (biggest frustration)
Also my elderly mother and 60 yo sister who live farther south. They are planning on staying put with NO preparation. No plan at all.
