1.High winds? yeah, no power. Heavy snows? Yeah, no power. Heavy rains and flooding? Yeah, no power.

4. If there is a 100 year flood, I might have to evacuate.
5. One person uses a CPAP, but is ok for a couple of days without it. I do have a solar charged power storage unit, but solar here in northern VT can be very iffy in bad weather. Usuakky, any power outages don’t exceed 3 days.
