Just read thru the previous posts…maybe I need to be a bit more specific! I have about a week of stored water, both potable and non-pot. Have stored food. I have an off-grid propane stove so can cook normally. (Peerless-Premier, spark is off AA battery pack). We heat with wood anyway, so no problem there. We have solar lights, solar/hand rank radio, several oil lamps and a fair amount of oil, battery operated fans if it’s hot. For a short (week or two) period we are fine, but I need to do some more work on longer term possibilities. My biggest problem there is my spouse, he’s a skeptic!!! Glad to eat regular, likes to read by my lights, but no help in planning or working on getting ready.
