If the weather flips back to droughts, just in case:
Lose electric? No, don’t think so, don’t remember happening in the droughts a while back.
Running water? Depends on drought severity, could dry outside and have some in well, or just straight no water. Will possibly dry out the nearby creeks, uncertain if
Buy or rely? Can buy, but prices will be a lot more dramatic on water and/or water-related/like products as the drought goes on. Natural/wild water sources may or may not dry up, leaving buy as only option.
Evac? I would think no, but if it goes to worst case scenario after a certain amount of time, might be only option.
Anybody particularly affected (or moreso than others in situation)? Not that I can think of
