Hmmm….I’m not much for any type of movie that causes me to stress out, so that eliminates a bunch of the survival type movies suggested. In years past I have watched The Edge with Anthony Hopkins, Castaway with Tom Hanks and the Poisidon (sp) Adventure with Shelly Winters and others. As I’m familiar with those movies I might have a go at watching one of them again.
More recently, I’ve watched a number of the BBC documentaries where folks recreate living and working in Tudor times and the efforts made by Great Britain during WWII to provide food for their island. I think I’ll try some more of the BBC documentaries. That’s about all the excitement I need. 🙂
