Actually, I am not all that good with a knife. Yes, I do use one when I am cooking (a small one), but I have to be very, very careful. There has been many times that I end up cutting myself while cooking. My husband usually does most of the cooking anyway, because I am not that good a cook, and am dangerous with a knife. My youngest son is an excellent cook, and has been playing with knives since he was 4 years old. Used to scare me to death, but his dad said to let him be. I guess it woked cause he never cut himself, and as I said, he is an excellent cook. So, hoping to avoid a trip to the ER, I will forego this challenge. Maybe I can talk hubby into using the camping knife for dinner, although he doesn’t need any practice.
