I use my knives- have too many- need to thin them out.
Favorites are a case knife bought years ago; butchered many a deer with it, and a western from Boulder Co that I found at a rummage sale. That one had been abused and I need to sharpen it. Both have leather handles and I use then often as well as other specialty knives. My Dad could sharpen a knife (or hatchet) better than anybody and he taught me how to do it although I’m not as good as him.
