Personally I do not see a solution to Cali’s problems. Hotter and dryer every year with no end in sight. Power companies lines/people causing fires with no easy solution to the power line problems.
The good news is that wherever there has been a fire, decades of the accumulated kindle has now been burnt, but there is still a lot of areas that have not seen a fire in years, just waiting their turn.
Why people build homes with wood right next to an open veldt with us used to concrete, cement, bricks with metal roof sheets, is quite interesting.
