Well not unexpected….we did well we broke even.
Problem is if land not sold /rented by next year the land if not planted will lose top soil but will also start reversing back to not farm able if not fixed before year 5. There will be scrub tree and nuisance weed farm which drops value considerably and is alot to fix in cost and effort.
