All I can say is where we live, it used to be all farm land and few houses. Now most of the farmland has been sold off as farmers children no longer want to work the farms so as the parents pass on the kids sell to the hightest bidder. Then here come the houses, Appartments and retail stores. We are no longer country, but now urban. And at the rate they are building we will be a town within the next 7 to 10 years or worse. I am looking to move from here one day. Am already looking around at different places. Ozarks are looking good.
