I would suggest that everyone check their homeowners insurance. Used to be you had only to buy flood insurance seperate. Now you also have to buy earthquake insurace as it is now separate from the home owners insurance. We normally don’t have earthquakes here but have felt the shaking from them out of northern VA. So we did get it. Not going to take any chances as the last one shook the house. That was the one that messed up the Washington Monument. Lots of shaking going on that day.
