Praying for your loved one. We also have a family member with cryptogenic cirrhosis of the liver, not caused by alcohol or hepatitis. Diagnosed nearly 3 years ago. They have several young grandchildren in their care and struggle to get by financially and physically. This person has not told very many people about the terminal diagnosis and has other health problems as well. Does not want grandchildren scared. Please pray for healing for this person. Right now, they have what is called “compensated” cirrhosis but the tiniest thing can tip it into a “de-compensated” state and either an emergent transplant or death will occur. There is an option of a live donor as people can live with half a liver and the liver will regenerate within a few months. Maybe God will lay it on the heart of someone to donate half a liver. If that is the case, the person receiving the liver does not have to wait until they are actually in the process of dying to have a transplant. Most people do not know about this option. Please inform people as you never know to whom God may speak about this kind of thing. Bottom Line: This person needs our prayers for divine healing, however God decides to send it. Thank you.
