Well, here it is 4 days sinse I posted and seems everyone is busy these days. Whatever happened to the good old days when people didn’t have to rush here and there to get things ready for the holidays. I know I have been very busy.
DH had his surgery for the basal cell removed and they got a clean marker first time around. That was great news. So he is on the mend with that. Now for the other problems. My research into his meds revealed that it may very well be the Eliquis that is causing all his problems. He has been on it for about 8 months and is now showing every sign of the side effects. So off to his primary care to talk with him and then to the heart doctor. He can’t just come off of this, so has to be a gradual step.
Youngest grandson is here for the night. He decided he wanted to come stay with us a bit. Daughter and I are going Christmas shopping tomorrow all day. So he will be with his granddaddy all day. I am glad of that because I don’t like leaving DH alone. So grandson knows what to do if there is a problem.
Got 14 quarts of sweet potatoes and 8 pts of sweet potatoes canned earlier this month. Will be getting freezer emptied after the first of year.
