So how at 1000 yards do you tell someone intent? Or shoot em all and let God sort em?
Yes uses for sniper fire but for what is to come look at sandbox and see what was most useful. Sniper ballistic loop shooting or snap shots move and leapfrog cover fire. Chances of a 1000 yard kill from regular folk is unlikely. Any military unit has shot radar to find your location. Some cities have it now as well.
When you can place 8 of 10.shots in a 4 inch circle then maybe. Big distance is equal skill and luck.
