I have been wondering about you and my other northern neighbors . We have Family in Tazwell and Smyth counties: lots of good people and you don’t screw with them.
Having read Jon Ronson’s book The Psychopath Test, I have a better understanding of politicians and psychopaths. If you take the list and substitute politician for psychopath they read the same. – The psychopaths and sociopaths are in charge. Ronson doesn’t mention politicians, just business leaders.
- There are three times the number of psychopaths (3%) in business than in society.
- The most successful psychopaths delay gratification to get their way.
- I would be surprised that if there was 3% of our national politicians who weren’t high on the spectrum.
- There is a slight differentation between sociopath and psychopath though most of the time they are synonymous. I will go with sociopaths have a cause or agenda through ideology or convictions, psychopaths are just born that way.
IMHO:
- There is no fair fight with psychopaths: They will do whatever it takes to get whatever it is that they want.
- Underestimating the degree to which a psychopath will go to get their way is fatal.
- We are facing the next and hardest generational test of our constitutional republic.
- Be a sociopathic porcupine.
