Took DH for his follow-up with heart doctor. We are finally getting his cong. heart failure back under control. For the first time today after we left doctor’s office, he wanted to go with me to BJ’s wholesale club. It was his first time out anywhere in 3 months other than to farmer’s market to cook collards for them. He walked around in there for 2 hours while I shopped for things we needed. doc. told him to now start taking the flood pills on Mon. Wed. and Fridays. So that helps with him getting to go out places. We stopped and had dinner before coming home and he even felt like helping me get everything out of car and put away. I was so glad to see him feeling like doing something again. Hoping and praying things will continue to improve for him. It has been a rough 3 months. He can even bend over to get his shoes and socks on without loosing his breath.
I see everyone on here has also been very busy.. I haven’t finished reading all the post but am hoping and praying everyone is well. I have less than one week to get things together for Christmas, so things have been very busy for me. It’s hard to beleive that Christmas is Wed. week. It’s coming fast ready or not. I still have to get gifts wrapped. So maybe DH will feel like helping with that chore. Will get it done faster that way. Though most of it will be in gift bags. So much easier than wrapping paper. And faster as well.
