We actually found a much less expensive place, which is good, since the basement of our previous place flooded and we had to move pretty quickly.
We’re fortunate that we can still afford to be choosy as far as location is concerned. There were cheaper places here, but the neighborhoods weren’t great. We are in a pleasant if closely packed, neighborhood with lots of dogs 🙂
