My best:  baby carrots, nuts of all kinds, egg salad on crackers, apple slices,   …..?  Have more but brain is not working right now.

My worst:  CHOCOLATE   ,,,,,ice cream, etc.   Have reduced that by buying dark chocolate nuggets with an almond inside.
