I have been adding the water as I drink a lot of water anyway.  Have been climbing up and down ladder past 2 days. Does that count as I am feeling it today. Muscles from not climbing much.  Been doing a lot of walking as I can.  And I have lost 6 lbs. So must be getting something right even if I don’t have the time to do the challenge.
