I have been considering a small gun again, to backup an upcoming change in EDC guns.
One choice I keep coming back to is a Walther PPK in .32 ACP. Big enough to actually shoot, small enough to hide, heavier than I would like, but the Dural (aluminum) frame version costs way too much.
