I forgot to mention that we’re also moving from level 4 to level 3 financial due to nCoV and its impact on China. Charles Hugh Smith has a good article on this. That means (for us) expenditure minimization and sacrificing interest in favor of cash held outside of the bank. Local financial institutions mean we can pay mortgages and such in cash if we wind up in that strange state where internet payments don’t work but financial institutions are still open and RoL is still in effect.
