Reply To: Virginia Democrats say they have reached a deal on 'red flag' gun law

In many states with red flag laws there us nothing to prevent the person from buying another gun after having theirs confiscated.  You can view that as a plus, or not. I do wonder though, do they have to get a new order to take the replacements?
