I know Biden, Trump, Obama comparisons etc are very much in American minds right now, elections looming and all that, but I have listened to what the likes of Biden, Bernie, Trump, Pence, Google, CDC, WHO etc SAID in recent interviews since Jan 2020, not what the media wrote on what the media thought they all said or implied. China is a very VERY good example of what has happened, and how to control it. Who would have thought that?
And geez, ANC moving to curb the spread in SA, my word. I was floored.
A few Gov’s are going to face some serious challenges from voters, including even probably dictatorships falling, once this is all over, based on how they dealt with the populace.
What really shocked me was how slow the USA / Europe has reacted, 1st world countries with 1st world health systems, having all the info … the fiasco’s that came to light and the slowness of cluster f … sorry, mess around the testing in the USA, England proposing “herd immunity” plans.
Europe’s numbers are going to overtake China soon … I wonder if the USA is going to overtake Europe?
And then once all has settled, we have Africa still largely “dark”, not “red”, as everything happens “late” in Africa. 🙂
I don’t see Gov’s presenting the real numbers. What people are reporting “on the ground” vs official numbers, somewhere something is “off”.
