Sounds interesting. Should also work for rat. *smile*

The think I hate about squirrel is skinning them. I don’t think God made any animal any more difficult to skin! If you don’t cook them correctly the are TOUGH. I usually parboil first, or drop them in a pressure cooker to tender them up.
