@CB in my opinion, yes, yes and I have no idea. Considering how inept most bureaucratic organizations are, and I include hospitals, nobody, at least on a national scale, is probably even reporting or keeping up with these numbers. Some study in a couple of years will probably have some answers. No help now though.
