There are no good relocation locations each has its own issues.
In hindsight, we should have found a better place. But at the time, it was the best option.
A better question, where are you going to be in 10 years and go from there. I certainly didn’t expect to be out of my chosen profession or restarting businesses a decade later.
Follow the money, or follow the retirement.
I can’t do what I used to do, it makes me look towards the future and what I need to work against.
A sad thing, we lost several of our “elders” a while back, and while we didn’t lose them physically, we lost them “digitally”, perhaps even worse.as they aren’t helping us down the “path”.
