4GW works real good against cops , for the same reason it does armies . Its better not to kill them , but to wound them out of a job , to be a burden to the state , and burn their transportation , making it difficult to get anywhere . The harder they clamp down , they make another VC . The Westphalian order i crumbling , soon to be over , governments just havent figured that out yet . They cant stop it even if they did . Every government on earth is in a legitimacy crisis , the people no longer feel they owe any allegiance to those that would rule , so they are going back to the tribe , culture , religion , ethnicity , you name it . All because governments have no legitimacy .
