Happy weekend and a Happy Mothers day
Sauerkraut is still plugging along. It will be week 1 on Monday and a taste test. The cooler hack is working out well, but its taking up too much room in the cabinet. So off to find another place.
Pre-ordered canned meats. Shelves are slim now and one hint of a tropical system, everything will be out in a matter of hours. Need to take inventory though and fill in the blanks.
Looks like the heat wave, eg temps in the 90’s are done for now.
