I dont think the physical dollar is going away anytime soon. If the government tried such a move, it might promote more cash transactions.

Contact tracing is a mixed bag. We have had it for things like TB for awhile now. But looking at some of the numbers of people who test positive but have no symptoms, they would be putting a large % of people in quarantine for what? And what if they test positive, despite not having any signs or symptoms, quarantine for 14 days and still test positive?
That is where I see common sense falling wayside to some idiot in DC who made up some arbitrary rules, and other idiots blindly follow them.
