Rarely , when one attempts to ” fix ” something that is not broken , does it actually get better . The Constitutional process of amending it , should not be tampered with .

We have a method of amending the constitution that works. We need to stick with it.

What I hate is politicians using state legislatures to override the constitution and then have the courts back them up. Our supreme court is a majority republican, why do they not stand up for our right to keep and bear arms enshrined in the 2nd amendment? The constitution is supposed to be the supreme law in our country, yet my right to keep and bear arms is constantly under attack.

Here in California, they basically disregard the constitution. What is scary, is that you now have 20 million voters in California that have lost their 2nd amendment rights, and for those idiots that say move, it won’t help. Those 20 million voters you did not stand up for in California are probably not going to stand up and vote for your right to keep and bear arms when gun control becomes a national issue. The NRA blew it when they sacrificed California to raise money in fly-over country.
