I know, I know.
But once I cracked the code on making good thin crust pizza, and then the kinda toppings I put on mine, everything else is just, blah.
This weeks pizza: The last of the fresh herbs from the garden, good mozzarella cheese (the kind that comes in a log, not pre-shredded in a bag), thick cut pepperoni from the deli, home made bacon, caramelized onions and mushrooms, grilled green peppers, broccoli, shrimp, blue cheese crumbles and smoked gouda at the last 5 minutes.
