@atypicalsapein I would be extremely curious to read a post from you about home-roasting green coffee beans! I know they are for sale online. If you have the time to write such a post, I’d love to read it! I also have a coffee-loving brother-in-law who would be interested.
I once read that home coffee roasting had to be done outdoors a good distance away from one’s house because the smoke and smell would permeate the house if done indoors.
