Today I am filling up with gas when in town, changing oil and checking antifreeze levels. A good day for also reviewing my “bugout” bag I keep in the car. It’s been over a year. I’ll watch some more youtube posts on growing herbs and greens during the winter months indoors. Checking on the spinach “greenhouse” I’ve started by using a bag of potting soil covered with a clear plastic container. Yesterday there was a lot of condensation inside the container and not sure what I should do about that, if anything.
