I didn’t get to town yesterday as planned but handy-man completed some winterizing things for me. And, I continued to review youtube on growing plants inside during the winter months. Today, I’ll do yesterdays in-town activities. Have spent a bit of time this morning reviewing my spending plan for the next two months, setting a realistic budget for Christmas activities. Have begun the last few years giving farm animals through Samaritan’s Purse to needy families around the world in the name of my teenage grandchildren. They really like that I do that. All the older one’s have already been on a number of mission trips and recognize the blessings we enjoy here in America. For lunch today have set out several frozen items from left-over meals: cabbage rolls and little individual baked apple pies. I cook for one so freezing individual portions of every meal I cook saves me so much money and time.
