It’s Veteran’s Day and I can’t remember if I checked in yet; so the be on safe side I’ll report again. Cooking for one is a challenge and too often it seems I end up throwing leftovers out if I forget them in the fridge….this morning I did a careful review of what’s there that needs to be used up this coming week and worked out a menu for the week that should finish everything before it goes bad. I also checked on the winter spinach garden I’ve tried to start but it may be too late outside so will be moving this inside under grow lights tomorrow when help comes. Mostly a quiet Sunday for rest.
