Another decent day for prepping. The rain barrels are full except for about a foot at the top. We’ve had freezing temps and I really don’t want a burst barrel. We cleaned out the car and repacked the trunk & backseat so everything is sorted and ready to go quickly. Worked on a list of all our batteries – Duracells and rechargeable ones. We picked up an extra fan that will run on batteries also. We’ve had excellent luck at Home Depot finding “power” tools that run on batteries. Everything from radios to 14″ chainsaws.
