Today before and after work I will be working on my storage, I bought pickles on sale (didn’t have time to make them this year), little cans tomato purée, freeze dried Parmesan.

Have to check the salted lemons I made and grind lemon rinds from the concentrate I made. I put those in a small jar end freeze them. I use them in muffins and other cooking.

Will have to check the crock with wine vinegar. My parents gave me two some what older bottle of wine to add to the vinegar. I also have to check on the status of my canning lids order.

Today I will print the material from the course ‘bloom’. I tried to join the class but it was either 1am or 3 am… which is even for me quite early 😉

I measured out all my old oils and will make laundry soap this week.
