I am doing the baby steps since I had a total hip replacement a couple of months ago and I’m just starting to get back into shape.
OK, so far this month: cleaned out the gardening beds, wrapped the fig trees (frost this past weekend), dehydrated 5 lbs of carrots and the last of the celery in the crisper. Since we heat with wood, I helped out with the stacking of the cut wood. Can’t exactly chop yet, but will get there by the end of the winter. I cooked every day, only ordered out for lunch once.
Today will be getting my recipes together for baking breads for thanksgiving. And of course, laundry, cooking, and general cleaning of the house.
