Well, the horses really enjoyed the first batch of applesauce. I truly do know the importance of turning off the stove before chasing after a dog that decides to suddenly go walk about after the mail truck, but sometimes I just don’t think. The second and third batch were really good tho. Next step is to rearrange and clean out the pantry for all the stuff I now plan on canning. I know—should have done that first but I’m trying.
